The Government Employees Retirement System will conduct a pre-retirement planning workshop for government workers over the age of 30 on Wednesday, July 26, in the St. John Administrator's Office.
Topics to be covered include social security and system benefits, health insurance coverage, planning for a financially secure future, and steps that can be taken toward living a more healthful life.
The workshop begins at 8:30 a.m. The deadline to register is July 21. As seating is limited, those wishing to attend are encouraged to register as early as possible. To do so, call 776-7703, ext. 4230.
