The Carnival Cruise Line's Paradise will resume its schedule Aug 20 and call on St. Thomas Thursday, Aug 24.
The ship was taken out of service for repairs in July and missed St. Thomas stops July 27 and Aug 10. The ship, which was dry docked at Newport News, Va, had an ongoing mechanical problem with the propulsion system, the company said.
