To celebrate its first anniversary, the Jubilation! Christian Channel TV 56 on St. Thomas-St. John Cable TV is presenting a "live call-in praise program" Sunday from 3 to 6 p.m.
Along with celebrating a year of operations, the program will showcase the channel's four new locally produced shows – "Caribbean Gospel Beat," "The Family Togetherness Show," "Faith in Action" and the young people's program "Ava's Christian Book Report."
According to channel general manager Gloria Gumbs, there will also be "some highlights of the first year" as well as "information on upcomingi programs."
Viewers will be invited to call in and share testimony on how Jubilation! has blessed them, Gumbs said. Anyone wishing further information about the channel and its programs should call 776-7635 or e-mail to jcctv @ viaccess.net.
The locally owned and operated Christian channel will be airing special programs throughout the month of September, Gumbs said.
