The Tourism Department's Film Promotion Office is updating its film manual and press kit and is calling on all local film industry crew and qualified service providers to submit current information for inclusion.
According to film office Production Coordinator Caroline Simon, services can include film crew, equipment providers, pre- and postproduction and support services such as accommodations, boat charters, ground transport and talent.
"We want to be able to provide a comprehensive listing of services available in the territory for outside agencies," Simon said. "The information received will be placed in a database which will be easily accessible for distribution."
Those interested should submit the business name, contact person, phone and fax numbers, e-mail and Web site addresses (if available) and a brief description of the area of specialty. Deadline to submit information is noon on Friday, Oct. 13.
