Dear Source,
It is somewhat disheartening that the Governor thinks that an obscure award
from a cable company is more important than delivering the most important
and constitutionally required speech of the year.
People blow off the Grammy's, Emmys and other more prestigious awards all the time. I'm sure that one of the waifish hostesses or the presenter would be more than happy to accept on his behalf while he takes care of the people's business…unless of course the dog ate his notes.
