PriceSmart membership-only shoppers' warehouse has launched a membership drive in advance of its opening in a few weeks in Tutu. You can apply online.
According to a statement from PriceSmart, the company is offering an introductory rate of $12 for a an individual (diamond) or business membership. The regular membership fee is $24 annually.
PriceSmart negotiates lower prices on a variety of products by buying in large quantities directly from manufacturers and passing savings on to member-customers. The PriceSmart warehouse will carry groceries, fresh produce, business supplies, computer software and hardware, sporting goods, tools, home furnishings and more.
PriceSmart operates 17 locations throughout the Caribbean and Central America with nearly 440,000 members.
To obtain a membership, visit PriceSmart offices upstairs from the Time Center True Value Hardware store in Tutu from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
