Youngsters can play computers and create art – an original Father's Day T-shirt for dad – this Saturday at 9 a.m. at Richardo Richards elementary School as part of the V. I. Justice Department's "Fathers Count 2001," a free national program run in conjunction with the V.I. Resource Center for the Disabled.
