Aug. 3, 2001 – Police are looking for information on the death of Elroy Vincent Frazer, who was found Friday lying face down on the property of the old Ramada Yacht Haven Hotel.
According to a release from the V.I. Police Department, Frazer was wearing only a pair of black trousers.
An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.
In the meantime the VIPD Major Crime Unit, which is investigation the death, requests that anyone with information please call 774-2211, ext. 4144 or 4149.
