June 7, 2002 – JPMorgan Chase Bank will hold its 6th annual Homeownership Expo from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 15, at the Chase Orange Grove Branch.
The goal of the expo is to provide information and the necessary tools to allow consumers to make educated decisions on buying a home.
Prospective homebuyers can learn ways to reduce debt, how to overcome credit problems, how much mortgage debt a person can afford, and the various Chase mortgage options available. Representatives from the V.I. Housing Finance Authority, the federal Rural Development office of U.S. Housing and Urban Development Department, St. Thomas Board of Realtors and the Home Inspectors, Inc. will be exhibiting products and services.
The expo is open to the public, and all are welcome to drop in anytime between 9 a.m. and 12 noon.
