July 18, 2002 – Veterans counseling for veterans on St. Croix will be conducted by Zoraida Diaz of the Veterans Affairs Regional Office in Puerto Rico. Sessions will be between 2 and 7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 24,at the Office of Veterans Affairs located at #1013 Estate Richmond. On Thursday, July 25, sessions will be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m at the Community Based Clinic in Barren Spot Mall.
