Feb. 21, 2003 – Patrick D. Hagler has joined the Tom Bolt & Associates as an associate, the firm announced this week. Hagler will focus on corporate law and real estate, real estate finance and development matters, probate and estate planning, including corporate mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, mortgage finance and complex real estate transactions, a release from Bolt & Associates said.
"We are delighted Patrick is joining us as the newest member of our legal team," Tom Bolt, managing attorney, said.
"His reputation, and the breadth of his experience across an array of disciplines, will complement what are already superb capabilities of our real estate, estate planning and government relations practices," Bolt said.
Hagler has a wide range of experience focused primarily in real estate, probate and corporate law, according to Bolt.
He has represented individuals, public and private companies that purchase, sell or finance business and real estate assets throughout the United States. While serving as general counsel for the Ticor Title Agency, he gained a vast amount of knowledge and understanding of the real estate and title insurance industries.
Hagler also worked with the Texas House of Represenatatives as a House Bill Coordinator where he performed intensive legal writing and analysis of proposed legislation.
He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree, from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
Hagler is a member of the Virgin Islands Bar Association and its Young Lawyers Committee, the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, the San Antonio Bar Association, the San Antonio Young Lawyers Association, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Texas Land Title Association, and the San Antonio A & M Club. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the 10th Annual Alamo Bowl and the Guide Dogs of Texas organization.
