May 4, 2003 – The V.I. Women's Business Center – which offers business training, counseling, mentoring and networking opportunities – has several courses scheduled for May.
First is the course, "Small Business Management," which will cover employee relations, communication skills, human resources, organization analysis and other topics. The business management course will be held on St. Thomas may 13-16 at the Chamber of Commerce office from 6-8 p.m. The course will be held on St. Croix from May 20-23 at the Women's Business Center from 6-8 p.m. Registration fee is $20.
The second seminar will cover "Customer Service," and will be presented on St. Thomas on May 27, and repeated on St. Croix on May 29. These seminars will be held at the same venues, but from noon to 2 p.m. Registration is $10.
