A free seminar titled "ABCs of Small Business Loans" will be featured by the UVI Small Business Development Center, Firstbank Virgin Islands and the Government Development Bank from 5:45 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 30, at the UVI-SBDC training center at Nisky Center.
