July 30, 2003 — Joyce Veronica Lewis of Raphune Hill, St. Thomas, died July 26, 2003, at the Roy L. Schneider Hospital. Better known as "Sister Lewis," she was 75 years of age.
Viewing will be Tuesday, Aug. 5, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Church of God of Prophecy, Estate Hoffman. Funeral services will follow the viewing at 11 a.m. at the church, with interment in Western Cemetery. Arrangements are by Davis Funeral Home.
She is survived by sons Lennox and Everton Lewis; daughters Deborah Lewis, Christine Charles, Lydia Shillingford; adopted daughters Judy Turnbull, Joan Morain; brother Reynolph Charles; sisters, Lucille and Thelma Charles; special friends, and many other relatives and friends.
