Sept. 18, 2003 — The Sept. 23 meeting of the Casino Control Commission will consider an additional request from Golden Gaming, LLC, in addition to the previously announced Golden Gaming and USVI Host requests.
Golden Gaming has requested consideration of an extension of the reservation of a Casino II license, which is due to expire soon, an official in the Commission's office said.
This is in addition to the previously scheduled petition for clarification of Golden Gaming's net worth and its request for an extension of the statement of compliance.
Anyone wishing to give testimony or comments on the request for extension of a Casino II license should file a written request with the Commission by 5 p.m. Monday, Sept. 22, said a release.
An earlier release said the Commission will consider the Internet Gaming License application of USVI Host, Inc.
The hearing is set for 9 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23, at the Commission's offices at No. 5 Orange Grove, Christiansted. The public is invited.
