Sept. 26, 2003 — The minority caucus of the 25th Legislature has called upon the community to submit recommendations to any of the five minority members on how to address the V.I. government's current fiscal crisis.
In a release distributed on Friday, the minority leader, Sen. Usie Richards, said: "We have issued the minority caucus 'cost reduction and government improvement policy actions' and our 'revenue generating and government efficiency actions' in our attempt to offer solutions to our current crisis." (See "Minority offers its own budget balancing plan")
