The Government Employees Retirement system invites government employees age 30 and over to participate in a pre-retirement planning workshop Thursday, Oct. 9, on St. Thomas.
Topics for discussion include Social Security, health insurance coverage, Medicare, investment options, GERS benefits, and much more.
The workshop will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the GERS conference room on the third floor of the GERS Building near St. Thomas' waterfront.
