No location for delivery of petitions on St. John has been designated yet.
On St. Thomas completed petitions can be delivered to the Seafarer's International Union's office in the Penny Saver Building directly across the street from the entrance to Nisky Center. Call 774-3895 for directions.
Petitioners have a deadline of Nov. 15 to submit more than 17,000 valid signatures in support of a recall to the Board of Elections.
