UVI STUDENTS DISCOVER SLAIN DOG ON SEA BOTTOM

0

I remember.
I remember the inhumanity of some people, (few) in the U.S. Virgin Islands toward animals.
I remember the rumors of dog fighting, cock fighting and other atrocities.
I saw the animal's bodies after the fact.
I remember the valiant efforts of the Humane Society volunteers in Tutu to help stay the suffering of animals.
I remember the sick, starving and dying animals by the garbage bins.
This has to stop. The law must be changed.
It's not about power
It's not about money
It's not about anything more that the humane and respectful treatment of other species.
Without that, we are nothing more than territorial apes.
