Jan. 5, 2004 – The Office of Veterans Affairs has announced the following schedule of counseling for veterans:
St. Thomas — Jan. 13 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Jan. 14 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the community-based clinic in Buccaneer Mall.
St. John — Jan. 13 from 4:45 to 6:45 p.m. in the Legislature Building.
St. Croix — Jan. 15 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Jan. 16 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the community-based clinic in Barren Spot Mall.
Zoraida Diaz of the Veterans Affairs regional office in San Juan will conduct the counseling sessions and answer questions concerning benefits and claims. For more information, call Justin Harrigan, veterans affairs director, at 773-6663.
