The entourage that has come to St. Croix and is staying at Carambola Beach Resort includes approximately 170 people. Team members and their fans have scheduled trips to Buck Island and other St. Croix tourist attractions during their visit.
Lacrosse is a sport that originated with Native American tribes and was a minor sport in the northeastern U.S. until the 1970s. Since then it has grown into a major sport with more than 250,000 active players and a college championship that attracts more than 40,000 in attendance.
