May 7, 2004 – Francine Bailey Gibbs, 51, of Oswald Harris Court, Building 11-122, died on May 4, 2004, at the Roy L. Schneider Hospital
She was born in Guadeloupe and lived in St. Martin. She was a resident of St. Thomas for over 35 years. She was at employee at Ajanta Jewelers in Drakes Passage.
She is survived by: common law husband, Elroy Frett aka Slowly; adopted son, David George Richardson; sons, Francisco Gibbs aka Frankie and Elroy Freddy Frett Jr. aka Rooster; daughter, Floricia Gibbs aka FoFo; daughters-in- law, Janice Mason and Abeba Latouche; Uncle, Charles Bailey; close friends Yola Simmonds, Antonia Mulraine, Jeanne Battist and Felecia Brooks; special friend, Judie Teaman; grandchildren, K'yan Gibbs, Anthony Charles, J'Quanne Frett, K'Jani Gibbs and Dashan Mitchell.
