May 8, 2004 – Una Potter of 173-176 Estate Tutu died May 1, 2004 at the age of 78 at Roy L. Schneider Hospital.
She is survived by: daughters, Charlotte Malone Benjamin and Brenda Lee Sutton; adopted daughter Linda Lettsome; sister, Edris Potter; aunts Amabell Frett and Essie Stout; uncle, Daniel Malone; cousins, Iona Forbes, Ione Chinnery, Sylivia Lettsome, Elmira Percell, Mera Lettsome, Olivine Leerdam, and Elenita Stout; nieces and nephews, Karen McQueen, Alphonso "Sonny" Rieara, Antonio Rieara, Anselmo "Boopsie" Rieara, Asalia "Judy" Chinnery, Harold Chinnery, Olvia "Tiny" Foy, Tyrone Potter, Olivia, Debbie, Elroy, Eric, Clarice, Carl, Warren and Pricsella Potter; special friends, Carmen Grant, Catherine Roberts, Iris Donovan and Una Anderson; grandchildren, Claudette Gordon, Alphonso Niles, Claudina Brown, Cardinal, Kimberly, and Kamela Hughes, Clarice O'Brien, Khana Smith Jr., and Akim Lettsome; 7 great grandchildren and 21 great nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, May 10, 2004 at Davis Funeral Home Chapel. Viewing is Sunday 4 to 6 p.m. and Monday 8 to 9 a.m.
Burial is at Western Cemetery 2.
