June 9, 2004 – The Water and Power Authority advises motorists to avoid The Valley-New Tutu Road on Thursday and Friday, when construction crews will be repaving from 8:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. and through traffic will be blocked.
Local traffic will be detoured over the Upper and Lower Valley Roads, according to a WAPA release. Motorists are advised to use caution, observe posted signs and follow instructions from flaggers.
