June 13, 2004 – Viewing will be Tuesday and Wednesday and funeral services will be Wednesday for Jorge L. Diaz de Jesus of St. Croix, who died on June 3 in Bradenton, Fla. He was 24 years old.
He is survived by his mother, Ana Luz De Jesus; his father, Efrain Diaz Avillan; fiancee, Rosa Fernandez; sisters, Jadisha and Jamina Diaz; brothers, Efrain Diaz and Tyrone Thompson; grandmother, Laura Avillan; and grandfather, Efrain Diaz.
Also, his aunts, Geneveva Diaz, Julia Diaz, Leticia Diaz, Maria Diaz, Monsita Diaz, Zenaida Diaz, Gladys De Jesus and Tita Maria De Jesus; uncles, Pedro Cirillo, Alejandro De Jesus, Angel De Jesus, Jorge De Jesus, Modesto De Jesus, Reynaldo De Jesus, Carlos Diaz and Esteban Diaz; niece, Yamilieka Cardona; nephews, Steven Cardona and Omar Diaz; and many other relatives and friends.
The first viewing will be from 2 to 4 p.m. at Thomas/Hyll Memorial Chapel in Peter's Rest.
The second viewing will be from 9 a.m. at the Kingshill Cemetery Chapel, with the funeral to follow at 10 a.m.
