Dear Source,
The Northside Civic Organization would like to know if proper permits were issued for this tank that was placed at the Crossroads / Four Corners intersection about 10 days ago. I did not see any permits posted on July 8 when I took this picture.
What is the purpose of this eyesore, and who does it belong to?
It has displaced Mr. Bryan from his weekly plant sales at his roadside stand and is a distraction.
Can anyone answer our questions?
