WTJX-TV Channel 12/DT 44 will be adding a whole new level to their local programming with the introduction of a sometimes-live show hosted by the irrepressible Rashidi Clenance. X Fact-Or, as the one-hour program has been dubbed, goes on air Friday, July 23, at 8 p.m.
The show centers around Clenance's travels throughout the territory in search of talented athletes and performers willing to put it all on video. A WTJX release stated that some of the shows will be taped, while others will be broadcast live.
X Fact-Or is one of five new shows rolled out recently by the public television station. Other shows are: Starfest, a display of local talent filmed at Reichhold every year airing Mondays at 8 p.m.; Both Sides With Natalie, a live, debate-style program that can be seen at 8 p.m. on Tuesdays; Talk Around Town, a commentary program show at 9 p.m. on Tuesdays and again on Saturdays at 7:30 p.m., and V.I. Week In Review, a live news digest shown on Saturdays at 6:30 p.m.
