July 28, 2004 – August is Travel Agent Month in the Virgin Islands, with a dozen V.I. Hotel and Tourism Association members offering three nights of complimentary accommodations as an enticement for travel professionals to see the territory's attractions for themselves.
Participating agents also will receive a booklet of coupons worth more than $500 in savings at local attractions, activities and shops.
Travel agents must present a valid IATAN card when checking in at their hotels. Accommodations are for single or double occupancy, and some restrictions may apply. Additional nights and accommodations for additional persons may be arranged.
Participating hotels are:
St. Thomas – Bolongo Bay Beach Club, Crystal Cove Villas, Holiday Inn Windward Passage Hotel, Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina, Secret Harbour Beach Resort and Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort and Spa (at Sugar Bay, an all-inclusive property; there is a $75 mandatory charge).
