Dear Source,
Armed Guards, Barbed Wire Fence Block Beach Path … Where will it end? Beaches are public domains and should not be owned by an individual. This is indeed a travesty. I think someone should look into right-of-way easements that are typical for most properties in regards to public access, including government and utility companies.
