Dr. Byron Biscoe will present an informative session "Diseases of the Eyes: Most Common in the Elderly" and "Proper Eye Care" at the Knud Hansen Complex Strive Center (basement level) from 1 to 5 p.m. Sept. 2. V.I. Human Services Department's Disabilities and Rehabilitation Program invites persons 55 and older who are blind or who have impaired vision, and interested persons who care for them.
