Police Nab Suspect in Anna's Retreat Shooting

Sept. 24, 2004 – St. Thomas police have apprehended a suspect in a shooting that took place Friday morning in the vicinity of Anna's retreat. Sgt. Thomas Hannah, police spokesperson, said early Friday afternoon that no further details were available.
Police blocked off the area and local traffic was rerouted after what one person near the scene described as a drive-by shooting. Hannah said the incident occurred around 8:30 a.m. "All I know at this time is that there's been a shooting, and an individual has been apprehended," Hannah said.
