The Virgin Islands Cycling Federation announces its first bike race of the new season. The 15 mile race, called "Anything Goes," begins at Rust Op Twist and ends at Clover Crest in Frederiksted. Cyclists may use any bike on any course
to arrive at the finish. The race starts at 7 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 7. There is an entry fee of $5
