Nov. 9, 2004 – WTJX-TV Channel 12 is broadcasting two special shows this week.
First is the V.I. National Guard's "Freedom Salute for Operation Enduring Freedom." It honors troops who served in Kandahar, Afghanistan, and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. It will air Thursday at 8 p.m.
The second is highlights from the 40th annual meeting of the Caribbean Food Crops Society, held earlier this year on St. John. That segment airs Saturday at 1 p.m.
