Nov. 11, 2004 – Lionel O. George, better known as "Bagga" died Oct. 4 at his home in Annas Retreat. He was 57.
He is survived by his wife, Agnes Idalia George; father, Luderick George; son, Lionel George, Jr.; daughters, Leornice and Lorraine George and Leonie Gumbs; brothers, Arnold Weathley, George Stevens, Pedrito and Elroy George; sisters, Juliet Pickering, Esmie Grigg, Edris George; mother-in-law, Ida Fleming; father-in-law, Allen Callwood; seven grandchildren; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Funeral service is set for 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 12 at Christ Church Methodist, with a viewing at 9 a.m. Burial will be at Western Cemetary. Professional arrangements are by Davis Funeral Home.
