Dec. 9, 2004 – The Reichhold Center for the Arts announces the cancellation of the Bello and Blakka, performance scheduled for Jan. 15, 2005.
"Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we regret to inform ticket holders and the general public that the Bello and Blakka performance has been cancelled," Joseph Boschulte, Vice President for Institutional Advancement at the University of the Virgin Islands, said in a release.
Patrons who purchased tickets for this event will be able to receive a full refund for the cost of the tickets or can donate the full cost of the ticket to the Reichhold Circle. All patrons should contact Ticketing Services to discuss their options at 693-1559.
The 2004-2005 season will continue with Haitian acoustic guitarists Strings, with a symposium on Friday, Feb. 4, and a performance on Saturday, Feb. 5.
