Beach Advisory Week of Dec. 6–10

Dec. 10, 2004 — Commissioner Dean C. Plaskett, Esq., of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources (DPNR) announces that the Division of Environmental Protection’s (DEP) Beach Water Quality Monitoring Program, which evaluates weekly water quality at 43 popular swimming beaches throughout the Territory, would like to advise the public of the following:
DPNR-DEP performed water quality analysis at the 43 designated beaches throughout the Territory during the week of Dec. 6–10, 2004. It has been determined that all of the 43 beaches meet water quality standards specifying that they are SAFE FOR SWIMMING AND/OR FISHING.
These beaches include:

Princess (Condo Row)
Dorsch
Protestant Cay
Frederiksted (First Target)
New Fort (Ft. Louise Augusta)
Spratt Hall
Buccaneer
Davis Bay
CaneBay
Cramer’s Park
Columbus Landing
Grapetree Bay
Pelican Cove (Comorant)
Shoy’s
GentleWinds
St. Thomas
Water Bay
Lindquist
Sapphire
Magen’s Bay
Vessup Bay
Bluebeards
Coki Point
Secret Harbor
Bolongo Bay
Limetree
Frenchman’s Bay
Lindberg Bay
Brewer’s Bay
