Jan. 4, 2004 – The St. Croix Festival parades – complete with mocko jumbies, majorettes, bands, troupes and floupes – will be covered live from Frederiksted by WTJX-TV Channel 12/DT 44.
Tune in at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 7, for the kickoff of the Children's parade, and at the same time on Saturday for the Adult parade.
