March 29, 2005 — Vera Alvira Browne, also known as "Mama" died March 18 at Gov. Juan Luis Hospital. Browne lived in Est. Castle Burke, Site II and was 79 years old.
She is survived by her daughters, Maxine, Dawn and Janet; sons, Roy, Kenneth, Darrell, Everette and Fritzroy; stepdaughter, Germaine Powell; grandchildren, Michelle, Roy Jr., Carol, Arthur, Rasheed, Akeel, Michael, Zelma, Teshika, Shenika and Yolanda Rogers, Kareema and Karis Hartley, Jason, Shantel, Jillian and Shawn Hartley, Christine, Chris, Christie, Leslie, Lesville, Leslieann, and Max Yarwood, Dale and Dalia Matthias, Fritzroy Jr., Clarice, Earl, Sherice Dennis and Jahmalie Richards; great-grandchildren, Jenee Peets, Terry Johnson Jr., Andre Wells Jr., Seaquanna, Juvalee Rogers, David Jr., Alyssa and Isaiah Goodwin, Keyana, Jabari, Jamari and Shane Rogers, Mahki O'Bryan, Nylah Johnson and Dezni Joseph, La Kishana, Keyasha and Jeanayah Yarwood, Kerwin John Jr., Spencer and Kiara Hendrickson, Dale III, Dante, Daleisha and Deasia Matthias, Chayanne Phipps and Wayne Gerard Jr.; great-nieces, Loleen Christian, Lelia Benjamin, Leslie Phillip and Lorna Sewer; great-great-nieces and nephews, Errol Jr., Dennis, Nicole, Lionel, Latoya, Leah and Rhea; daughter-in-law, Anna Rogers; Other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. Friday at Kingshill Lutheran Church, with viewing beginning at 10 a.m. Burial will take place at Kingshill Cemetery. Professional arrangements are entrusted to James Memorial Funeral Home.
