Dear Source,
I am extremely excited about the expansion of the Scandinavia charter flights to St. Croix, however, I am very disappointed that The Source and Avis failed to emphasize that these charters land in St. Croix. Throughout your articles you say that the flights are to the Virgin Islands with scarcely a mention of St. Croix.
The Daily News article on the same subject repeatedly stated that these charter flights are flights to St. Croix, with overnight stays in St. Thomas.
As we try to rebuild our reputation as a viable tourist destination, your front-page failure to specify that these successful charters are to St. Croix is an unforgivable affront to the big island.
