Teenage Girl Found, Man Still Missing

April 22, 2005 – Not many police stories on St. Croix have a happy ending, but one did this week when a missing teenager was returned to her mother.
Sgt. Thomas Hannah, police department spokesman, said after photos of Jasandra Felix, a 14-year-old resident of the Mutual Homes Housing Community went out with press releases on Wednesday, a resident called on Thursday saying, "She is staying at my house. I am taking her home."
Hannah said, when he saw the initial information, he thought this might be more a case of a runaway than a missing child.
Family members had indicated the teenager became angry and ran out of the house on April 16 after being chastised for staying out too late.
Hannah added, however, that Warren Williams, a 29-year-old resident of Prince Street, Frederiksted, who has been missing since noon on April 7 is still missing.
Williams was last seen near his home on Prince Street wearing a red silk shirt, blue jeans and black suede boots. He is described as a clean-shaven, black male with a dark complexion, braided black hair, brown eyes, and weighs approximately 200 pounds. He is known to visit Estate Grove Place and spend time walking in the Frederiksted town area.
According to family members he appears to be mentally depressed because of not being employed.
Persons with any information on William's whereabouts are asked to call the police at 778-2211.
