May 16, 2005 – The University of the Virgin Islands Small Business Development Center, in collaboration with the U.S. Small Business Administration, present two seminars titled: "SBA's 8(a) Business Development and Procurement Program Orientations and Procedures to Secure Federal Government Contracts."
The seminars are scheduled for Wednesday, May 18, 2005 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Legislature Conference Room in Cruz Bay, St. John. The presenter is Mr. Carl Christensen, project officer of the U.S. Small Business Administration. Pre-registration is required. Admission is FREE.
You don't have to be a big company to do business with the Federal government. The basic process takes time to set up, however, the pay offs down the road can be substantial. Think about the possibility of having contracts with the Federal Government that could stabilize your cash flows and increase your bottom line!
