Invitation to Public Meeting
DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DBE) PROGRAM

The Virgin Islands Port Authority has initiated the preparation of its Goals Update Report for its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program for fiscal year 2006 as required pursuant to 49 CFR Part 26 and has established a program goal of fifteen percent (15%).
As part of this process, the Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) hereby invites all interested parties to participate in meetings to discuss its FY 2006 DBE Program Goal of fifteen percent (15%), and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) funded projects for the Cyril E. King Airport, St. Thomas and the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport, St. Croix for the Fiscal Year 2006.
