Sept. 8, 2005 – The St. Croix Offices of the Department of Tourism will be closed on Friday to mark passing of Tourism Commissioner Pamela Richards' father, former president of the University of the Virgin Islands Dr. Arthur A. Richards. Funeral services will be held Friday, 10 a.m., at the St Paul's Episcopal Church in Frederiksted.
St. Thomas and St. John offices will be open on Friday. St. Croix offices will resume normal operations on Monday.
