Lectures on Sally Hemings and Thomas Jefferson
The St. Croix Landmarks Society, Library and Archives and the University of the Virgin Islands' Divisions of Social Sciences and the Humanities will present: "A Look at the Times Surrounding Sally Hemings: Enslaved African of Thomas Jefferson." There will be two lectures on Wednesday, Oct. 19 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the UVI Cafetorium.
