Russell, the senator will be receiving calls from residents, organizations, and all those interested in suggesting how the 26th Legislature and the governor should spend or save the surplus $60,000,000 in revenue recently announced by the governor. The talk show begins at 10 a.m. and ends at 11:30 a.m. It is aired on A.M. 970. Sen. Russell's staff will take the information received from the public.
