Oct. 12, 2005 – Virgin Islands Community Aids Resource and Education, Inc. is hosting its Annual Halloween Fundraiser and Costume Party on Saturday, Oct. 29, at The Cormorant Beach Club and Hotel, starting at 8 p.m. There will be prizes for costumes, raffles, music and hors d'oeuvres. It is $20 in advance and $25 at the door. All proceeds will benefit local HIV/AIDS services, according to the press release from VICARE.
