Carnival Committee Schedules Meeting
The Virgin Islands Carnival Committee has scheduled a general meeting for Friday, Nov. 4, at 6 p.m. It will be held at the committee headquarters across from the Department of Finance. All sub-committee chairpersons and members are asked to arrive early.
