My thanks to Gov. Turnbull for paying tribute to Gov. Farrelly, my husband, on his birthday. It is good to know that as busy as the governor is, he found time to remember and extend that remembrance to the people of the Virgin Islands. It is important for us to remember to help others to get to know those who traveled among us and made significant contributions.
My thanks again to the governor, and my wishes for a happy, healthy and safe New Year to all Virgin Islanders.
