The public is invited to attend free workshops by Omega Institute lecturers on St. John for the annual winter seminar. The Omega Institute is a center for holistic studies.
Workshops are $35. per 2 hour class to be paid at the lecture. All day is $75.
The schedule for Jan. 15 is:
8 a.m. – Tai Chi.
2 p.m. – 4 p.m. – Pamela Wilson: Enlightenment is Here Already.
4 p.m. – 5 p.m. – Roger Jahnke-Qigong and Tai Chi.
