Jan. 18, 2006 – Idollia M. Lewis, better known as "Miss Dolly" or "Sis Lewis," died on Jan. 14, at age 75. She was of Anna's Retreat and died at Roy Lester Schneider Medical Center.
She is survived by her husband, Christopher Lewis; daughter, Myrl Francis; adopted daughter, Sylvian Vigo-Wellington; son-in-law, Keith Wellington; stepson, Steven Lewis; and grandchildren: Lorrie and Simone Wellington. Other survivors include relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing on Saturday, Jan 21, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., at the Davis Funeral Home Chapel. There will also be a viewing on Sunday, Jan. 22, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., at Shiloh Seventh Day Adventist Church. A funeral service will follow at the church at 10 a.m. Interment will be at Western Cemetery.
